    The Steinbach Arts Council is housed at the Steinbach Cultural Arts Center at 304 Second Street.  The Arts Council is run by a volunteer board whose members have a personal interest in its programming.  They offer an annual concert series program featuring five different events during the season.

    Programs 
    • XCompany (martial arts, hip hop, pilates, kid's classes) for ages 3-adult
    • Social Dance - Beginner 1 & 2 for teens and adults
    • Backyard Theatre Company (Grades 1 - 12)
    • Manitoba Conservatory of Music and Arts (lessons in piano, violin, strings, Suzuki strings, woodwinds, brass, theory and Musictanz)
    • Veseli Ukrainian Dance Ensemble (folk dancing) for ages 5 to adult
    • Southeastern Manitoba Music Teachers Association
    • Visual Arts Program (watercolor, oils, drawing, pottery, clay, folk art, and stained glass) for all ages
    • Writers Club (workshops, guest writers, readings, music) for all ages
    • Photography Club

    Friends of the Arts is a non-profit group organized in 1999 to provide support and visibility to the Steinbach Arts Council. This is accomplished through the co-ordination of special projects as well as through practical assistance to the center.

    Backstage Teen Drop-In Centre

    Backstage is located at 220 Lumber Avenue in downtown Steinbach and is operated by Youth for Christ Steinbach.  Backstage provides a safe haven for teens (ages 12-19) to enjoy a variety of activities, including pool, air hockey, and video games, while supervised by trained adult volunteers and staff. A three-on-three basketball court and sand volleyball court are available outdoors, as well as Quarry Park, a skateboard and BMX park, which is located directly across the street from Backstage.

    Steinbach Curling Club

    Whether you are looking to hone your curling skills or just have some fun, the Steinbach Curling Club has something for you. Home to a full range of curling leagues, including women's, men's, seniors, mixed, and a very successful junior league, the Curling Club features four (4) sheets of artificial ice, locker rooms, and a meeting room on the upper level. An average of six bonspiels are hosted per season.

    Steinbach Fly-In Golf Course

    The Steinbach Fly-In Golf Course is one of the finest eighteen-hole golf courses in the Province of Manitoba. The course was designed by Canadian architect Robbie Robinson, who made excellent use of Old Tom Creek which weaves through the center of the course, entering into play on 14 of its holes. The Course has grass greens and watered fairways. Women’s par is 73 and men’s par is 72. Golf enthusiasts will enjoy the beautiful on-site air-conditioned clubhouse, restaurant, and pro shop. Golf cart rentals are available.
